Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Non-Institutional: Provide direct service to patients who are chronically mentally ill and targeted as needing intensive services through nursing assessment, medication monitoring, administration, patient and family teaching, home visits as needed, and referrals to other agencies and lifestyle health care facilities, and alcohol /drug treatment facilities.
