Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject & Operations LeadershipLead and execute Div 27/28 low-voltage projects across Florida, including ground-up new construction, large-scale renovations, and tenant improvements (moves/adds/changes/repairs).Oversee project planning, schedule management, staffing, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This position is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Div 27/28 low-voltage scope, including structured cabling (copper/fiber), pathways and spaces (IDF/MDF), wireless infrastructure, audio-visual systems, access control, video surveillance, and related integrations, while managing internal field teams, subcontractors, schedules, customer satisfaction, and job profitability.
