Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients condition • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Monitor and document patients progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Qualifications: • Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg or Orthopedics nursing • BLS and ACLS certifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
