Provided patients with Clinical Respiratory Services as ordered by physician including: care planning, clinical assessments, discharge planning, patient/caregiver training, therapy administration, education regarding diagnosis and symptom management to reduce hospital readmissions. Conducts, participates, and attends educational meetings and seminars for healthcare workers, patients/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and interested community members on areas of need.
