The Chief Clinical Excellence Officer serves as a senior clinical subject-matter expert and partner to organizational leadership, using clinical data, documentation reviews, client feedback, and other measures to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen client outcomes. Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; current Missouri clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent); and significant clinical experience, including experience in clinical leadership, supervision, quality improvement, or program development.
