Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS,iPad OS, Google Suite active directory, cloud storage, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting). Support with the maintenance of the Google Suite for email configuration, archiving existing emails and user Google Drive data, and maintaining the overall security of the server.
