SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education & Experience Master's degree with 4+ years of investment banking experience, or bachelor's degree with 7+ years of investment banking (or equivalent) experience History of outstanding academic and professional achievement Healthcare Expertise Healthcare sector expertise across one or more of the following: Biotechnology, Diagnostics/Life Sciences, Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Services, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals TRANSACTION EXECUTION Demonstrated experience executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as equity and debt financings Strong track record of leading the end-to-end execution of M&A and financing transactions in an advisory role, including drafting client materials and managing diligence, valuation, and process workstreams LEADERSHIP 2+ years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates; proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate junior talent CORE COMPETENCIES Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders Strong work ethic, high motivation, and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Personal integrity, sound judgment, initiative, and leadership * Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and serve as a reliable point of contact Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $250,000-$300,000.
