Job is performed both on active construction sites with exposure to all types of weather heat, cold, rain, snow, exposure to dust, dirt and noise, as well as in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. · Presents a professional demeanor, attentive listener, proactive, works independently with little oversight, engage and actively participate in teams, proficient in communication of ideas, technical subjects, concerns, and ability to provide potential solutions.
