The Heavy Equipment Mechanic Crewleader is responsible to schedule, organize, assign, and review the work of assigned personnel engaged in skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair of the Citys transit buses and other gas- and diesel- powered vehicles and equipment; to make the most complex mechanical repairs to automotive, diesel, public safety, and other power driven equipment; to perform duties requiring specialized knowledge; and to provide support to the Operations Supervisor.
