The Senior Help Desk Analyst provides advanced technical and professional support to the DOE EHSS contract, applying independent judgment across two primary areas: (1) leading user support and operational oversight for the EHSS portfolio of databases and applications, including account governance, user guidance, and coordination between Data Owners and development teams; and (2) managing enterprise IT asset operations for EHSS staff by overseeing deployment, relocation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle coordination with EITS, while maintaining comprehensive year‑round inventory control.
