Information Technology Operations<ul><li>Maintains and supports BHP's computer network, servers, telecommunications systems, hardware, software, and related technology resources.</li><li>Installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and coordinates repair of computer equipment, network devices, telecommunications equipment, and software applications.</li><li>Maintains technology inventories, system documentation, and department procedures.</li><li>Monitors technology needs and recommend improvements, upgrades, and solutions that support agency operations.</li></ul>Security and Compliance<ul><li>Maintains appropriate security controls, user access permissions, password management practices, backup systems, and cybersecurity protections.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality and security of protected health information and other confidential agency information.</li><li>Ensures technology systems are maintained in accordance with agency policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and applicable federal and state laws.</li></ul>Technical Support and Training<ul><li>Provides technical assistance and Help Desk support to employees.</li><li>Assists employees with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and system-related issues.</li><li>Develops training materials and provides instruction regarding the proper use of agency technology systems and software applications.</li></ul>Vendor and Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinates services, support activities, projects, and technology initiatives with managed service providers, vendors, and contractors.</li><li>Participates in technology planning and implementation activities supporting organizational objectives.</li></ul>Supervision<ul><li>Supervises assigned Information Technology personnel, including assigning work, providing coaching and training, conducting performance evaluations, participating in hiring activities, approving leave requests, and addressing performance concerns in accordance with agency policies.</li></ul>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintains professional knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.</li><li>Works assigned schedule, maintains regular attendance, and performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Provides complex technical support, planning, and coordination for End User touch points of the distributed computer environment, including desktop, software, and hardware installation, support and distribution, and remote access technologies. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The EHR System Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily use, functionality, and optimization of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role provides frontline support to providers and staff, assists with training, and participates in testing and implementation of new features and system improvements. The Analyst helps maintain EHR workflows, supports troubleshooting needs, and collaborates with the vendor and internal teams to ensure the EHR operates efficiently and reliably. This position works closely with clinical staff, providers, and IT team members and serves as a key contributor to ongoing EHR enhancement efforts.
