Works with the Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, including network components, security, servers, cabling, SQL databases, document management systems, ERP systems, information technology tools, endpoints, M365 cloud and more. The IT SPECIALIST will provide support, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements to the organization's total infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers, software and helpdesk functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
