	</li><li>Following all safety protocols and communicating clearly with team members to meet daily production targets.
	</li><li>Assisting with stacking, sorting, and packaging finished goods as needed to maintain workflow.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>At least 6 months of previous experience in production, general labor, or a similar environment.
	</li><li>Ability to lift 55 lbs periodically and stand or walk for extended periods comfortably.
	</li><li>Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-conscious attitude.
	</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
