We are driven by a mission to rethink how buildings are designed, fabricated, and delivered, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability. DescriptionWe are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production team in a manufacturing environment.  This role is responsible for assisting with the assembly of modular building components, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the production process.Job Responsibilities<ul style="margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Perform general manual labor, including loading/unloading, lifting , and moving materials.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Operate basic hand and power tools. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, calipers) to ensure accuracy and quality.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Inspect materials and finished products. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Perform general labor tasks as assigned. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Support skilled trades as needed. </li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Perform 5S duties to maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Meet daily production goals and deadlines.</li></ul>Job Skills & Qualifications<ul style="margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Previous plumbing experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Benefits:BLOX offers the full spectrum of comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
