<div><strong>General Laborer</strong><br/><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20.00/hour<br/><strong>Shift:</strong> 1st Shift<br/><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM<br/><strong>Required:</strong> Steel?toe safety boots</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Overview</strong><br/>We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support day?to?day operations in a hands-on, physical role. This position works under direct supervision and assists with a wide range of manual labor tasks to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul><li>Lift, move, load, and unload materials</li><li>Assist with digging, refilling holes, and basic site prep work</li><li>Support mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep</li><li>Operate equipment as assigned in a helper/assistant capacity</li><li>Perform additional duties as needed to support the team</li></ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>0–4 years of previous labor, construction, or related experience</li><li>Ability to work safely and follow instructions</li><li>Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical tasks</li><li>Steel?toe safety boots required</li></ul><div><strong>Work Environment</strong><br/>This role involves physical activity throughout the day, including lifting up to 30 lbs., exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dirt, and other elements common to a manual labor setting.
