We are looking for hardworking, honest, and dedicated individuals who want to be part of the best team in the industry.  The ideal candidate would be responsible and dependable; able to work well with assemblers, schedulers, Team Leaders and store personnel; be flexible with changes that may occur during the work day; able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times; have excellent communication skills with both assemblers, schedulers and Team Leaders.   National Assemblers provides professional assembly services to large retail stores across the country.  As a Helper, you will be assisting our trained and Certified Assembly Technicians.  You will be expected to open, un-package and organize a minimum of 8 items/hour for the Assembler Technician.  Items will include bikes, grills, etc. Helpers are paid $15.00/hour, or the minimum wage of the Helper's home state, whichever is higher. As the nation's fastest growing assembly company, we have room for growth and are constantly pushing the best of the best up the ladder quickly.    <h2>The following are mandatory requirements for this position:  </h2><ul class="editor-list-ul"><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="1"> You must be able to lift 40 pounds.</li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="2"> You must have your own RELIABLE transportation for local and out of town travel.</li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="3"> You are responsible for getting yourself to work every day.  </li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="4"> Although efforts are made to keep you within your local travel area of 5-50 miles, out-of-town travel may be regularly required.   </li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="5"> You must have regular internet access.  </li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="6"> National Assemblers uses our website for scheduling, work order processing and payment records.</li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="7"> You will need to access the website daily as part of your job requirement.  </li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="8"> PC's and laptops are necessary to access all features of the website.</li><li class="editor-listitem" dir="ltr" value="9"> Smartphones and tablets are acceptable for most website applications, as long as they have regular internet access.  </li></ul>

Position Overview: The Install Helper is responsible for serving the assigned in-house installation crew and direct work processes at the job sites. The Install Helper works with the install team to remove existing windows and doors and install new Pella windows and doors in residential applications. Responsibilities: •Assists with installing windows and doors to walls/openings, according to the installation guidelines published by Pella Corporation and within the quality standards established by Pella Corporation •Test the operations of each unit, demonstrates operation of products to the customer •Ensures that the job site is clean and tidy after installation •Communicates effectively with customers and serves as a reputable Pella Mid-Atlantic representative on all job sites. •Demonstrates a commitment to the highest quality of work. •Conducts job site inspections of sub-contracted installers as necessary to meet business needs. •Uses, maintains, and stores company provided tools appropriately •Meets company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions and wearing required safety apparel (i.e. shoes, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.), and reporting any safety issues to the manager •Must have a valid driver’s license and be in compliance with company Fleet Safety Policy Pella Mid-Atlantic performs background checks and drug screens on all candidates.
