Candidates should be diligent, hardworking and have a positive attitude.About the Job<ul><li>Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.</li><li>Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).</li><li>Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.</li><li>Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed</li><li>Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift</li><li>Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Pass background check and drug screening requirements</li><li>Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred</li><li>Familiar with basic hand tools</li><li>Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment</li><li>Able to work overtime occasionally</li><li>Able to read and understand safety instructions</li><li>Experience</li></ul>Education Requirements:<ul><li>High school or equivalent</li></ul> Compensation:<ul><li>Hourly</li></ul><ul><li>Overtime Pay</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Is exposed to excessive noise</li><li>Is around moving machinery</li><li>Is exposed to dust</li><li>Required to work outdoors</li><li>Wearing of safety clothing and equipment may at times be required</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li></ul><ul><li>Short Term Disability</li></ul><ul><li>401K Match</li></ul><ul><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul><ul><li>Floating Holiday</li></ul>
