Responsible for directing and administering ODOT construction projects assigned to the Residency, including supervision and coordination of Residency construction personnel, contractor oversight, construction inspections, project meetings, plan reviews, utility relocation coordination, contract administration, change orders, claims, project closeout, and resolution of construction-related issues. The position exercises independent judgment in resolving technical, contractual, personnel, scheduling, and construction issues; ensures compliance with ODOT plans, specifications, policies, and directives; and is accountable for timely project administration, employee performance and development, contractor performance, and successful completion and finalization of assigned projects.
