Completes resident work orders, general repairs, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner, including painting, carpentry, wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning repairs. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on maintenance, including completing work orders, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, inspections, and general repairs while also handling the administrative and resident-facing responsibilities of property management.
