Additionally, participates in stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, and interstate coordination efforts, while providing support for environmental compliance, budgeting, cost tracking, customer billing, and spreadsheet development associated with the Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program. Conducts comprehensive analyses of environmental, ecological, and operational issues affecting the Colorado River system, drawing on scientific literature, monitoring reports, technical analyses, and agency documentation while maintaining an advanced understanding of emerging research relevant to ecosystem management and environmental compliance.
