How you Will make a Difference: Work side by side with a designated AIT Preceptor in a departmental rotation lasting 9-12 months observing “hands on” participation in Administration, Nursing, Social Services, Business Office, Human Resources, Dietary, Quality of Life, Plant Operations, Admissions/Marketing, Medical Records, and Housekeeping/Laundry to understand how each department plays a key role in resident care.
