This includes direct supervision of care management staff, ensuring quality of care management services provided to clients, management of program compliance requirements, and staff training. Provide supervision and support to staff assigned, including but not limited to assisting in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, ongoing staff development, team meetings and individual supervisory meetings.
