Job Type Full-time, Part-time Description First Choice Home Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team to providing PT services including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation for our patients currently enrolled in our home health program in the Boise, ID and surrounding areas. Current State license as a Physical Therapist, or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the National Physical Therapy Compact (PT Compact), if practicing in a state member of the PT Compact.
