This role oversees the delivery of high-quality participant care across home care, skilled home health, and related care settings, including participant homes, board and care settings, assisted living facilities, and other community-based environments. On the day-to-day, you will: Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Home Care and Home Health departments, ensuring workflows, policies, and procedures are followed consistently, as well as oversee both direct and indirect participant services provided by Home Care and Home Health team members.
