Preferred Qualifications: Experience with geriatric patients and home health care, including Start of Care visits; experience with acute care, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities; experience treating cervicalgia, low back pain, postoperative orthopedic conditions, spinal conditions, joint replacements, cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinsons disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience; active license in hand at submission; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; active drivers license; personal transportation; previous travel experience; proficiency with required clinical documentation processes; ability to complete timely documentation and communication.
