Deliver care as delegated by physician, providing accurate and clinically appropriate infusion therapy assessments and interventions for all therapies, access devices and disease processes; assessing patient for health status changes, support systems and home environment, updating the care team and documenting in clinical record as indicated. Document all interactions and communication with patients, plan of treatment, assessment, treatments, patient responses/reactions to treatment, status of disease process, and training activities in a timely manner using company issued tools.
