You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following a personalized care plan to help them live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.
$28 - $50 an hour
LPN Hourly Rate: Up to $35 an hour, based on experience.
RN Hour Rate: Up to $55 an hour, based on experience.
To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
