Job Description: We are looking for a caring and experienced Home Health Aide to assist an elderly patient in Plainfield, NJ from 10 AM to 6 PM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, feeding, medication management, and meal preparation.
