Our Home Health LPN Clinical Coordinator works from our Oklahoma City office and supports patients and field staff across the metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. You'll be the person who keeps care moving: making sure visits happen, orders get where they need to go, and our nurses and therapists have what they need to take care of patients at home.
