p>• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care • Other duties as needed.
