As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will:
- Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients, working onsite in their homes, to attain highest level of physical function.
We deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using smart technology to coordinate treatment and improve outcomes. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.
