Day shift: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available • 1 weekend every 4 weeks • Involved in your own community • Maintain PIV skills • Not losing any acute care skillsets • Obtain certifications and pilot projects • No case loads • Hands on 1:1 direct care Home Health Focused Competencies/Visit Type • Oasis SOC (with office support) • Wound Care • Wound Vacs • Foley's/Irrigations • Pleurex, Surgical drains, & drain removal • PEG tubes and enteral feeds • Ostomies in extenuating circumstances Infusion Focused Competencies • PICC/Port/Midline Care • PICC and Midline removals • IV antibiotics • TPN • Chemo disconnects • PCA management • Hospital Hook ups • Milrinone • Diuretics and Steroids • Hydration • Anaphylaxis Policy • IVIG/Biologic infusions/relief • Peripheral IV insertion and removal • Pump competency Responsibilities • These nurses are experts in administering medications, fluids, and other treatments directly into the patient's bloodstream through intravenous (IV) lines. Qualifications Clinical Nurse-NCL (Non-Clinical Ladder) track: requirements • Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing • 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience • Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure (depending on hire location) • BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association • Have a car, valid driver's license, and car insurance OR Clinical Nurse 2 track requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing • 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience • Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure • BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association • Have a car, valid driver's license, and car insurance We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
