You'll be joining an established business with an approximately $17MM book of business, a substantial existing customer base with meaningful household-penetration and cross-sell opportunity, multiple sources of new-business opportunities, proven sales processes, structured coaching, modern technology, and an owner committed to substantial investment in marketing, lead generation, and the agency's people. Our target producers consistently generate 50+ net-issued items per month, with high performers producing 60+ items per month and elite producers capable of significantly exceeding those levels.
