Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medically complex and surgically complex patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi-system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, and surgical complications. Manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including pressor usage per titration protocols, antihypertensive drips, sedative drips, and thrombolytics.
