The functions of the Registered Nurse are to independently and consistently apply nursing knowledge, collect customer-owner health data, analyze data, and report changes to provider, carries out plan of care to attain expected outcomes, implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the customer-owner's progress toward attainment of the outcomes, working collaboratively with the health care team. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services: Licensed in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
