Albans and Berlin as needed; mileage-based pay tiers applyResponsibilities- Deliver outpatient dialysis treatments for ESRD patients, ensuring proper machine setup, priming, and safe operation per unit protocol- Monitor patient status during dialysis, record vitals, fluid balance, and respond to complications per policy- Cannulate and care for vascular access (AV fistula/graft) and provide ongoing access assessment and care- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EPIC) for each treatment, including vitals, fluids, and relevant labs- Collaborate with nephrology and dialysis team to coordinate care and educate patients on post-dialysis care and self-management- Float to St. Albans and Berlin as required; adhere to scheduling constraints, including weekend Saturday requirementsRequirements- Active RN license in good standing- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)- Prior travel experience preferred; flexibility to work 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed- Willingness to float to St.
