Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization. During the course of a shift, performs Nurse Leader rounds to all patients in assigned area to assess nursing care and status of assignment of personnel; makes reassignment as necessary and provides assistance, teaching, or guidance as needed.
