This role is responsible for coordinating safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while supporting staffing, patient flow, staff development quality improvement, patient experience, and departmental goals. In addition to the posted base rate, this position may receive a geographic differential, shift differentials, and charge nurse differential pay, offering additional compensation based on location, schedule, and role responsibilities.
