Assesses individual needs of assigned staff for educational needs and remediation, both theory and clinical, and develops programs to meet those needs using available resources and staff, both in-house and outside speakers, instructors, etc. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, residents, and families from diverse backgrounds who may have physical, sensory, and mental impairments.
