Minimum 3 years of ER or ICU experience; proficiency with high-acuity patient care, including central line insertion, chest tube insertion, bedside hemodialysis, plasmapheresis, and management of ventilated patients. Unit features multidisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and specialized equipment like ultrasound-guided IV and Cortrak devices.
