p style="text-align:inherit"/>The Director s is responsible for the strategic planning, direction and direct accountability for hospital revenue cycle operations including billing, coding, compliance, service line accounts receivable, technology integration, quality assurance and operations support for the hospital central business office (CBO). The Director of Hospital Revenue Cycle develops, evaluates and implements individual training plans and staff development programs for each functional area; provides ongoing training for new and existing staff; monitors regulatory issues, federal and state, that impact the department for compliance; and coordinates staff assignments according to volume of work and areas of responsibility to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed timely.
