Stakeholder Communication: Open, transparent, & strategic communication of operational and financial performance with Internal stakeholders (CEO, Board of Directors, executive team, physician leaders, employees, & management team) and External stakeholders (auditors, regulators/policymakers, vendors/suppliers, payers, community, & patient/families). Provides direction and facilitates the coordination of the following functions: development of hospital-wide patient care programs, participation in the hospital's decision-making structures and processes and involvement in quality improvement programs, leads joint ventures and has leadership responsibility for all employees who work at the hospital.
