Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Minimum of five (5) years of physician executive, medical staff leadership, or healthcare administrative leadership experience in a children's hospital, pediatric healthcare system, academic pediatric medical center, or pediatric service line required. In partnership with the VP, Regional CMO, focuses on Quality and Performance Improvement by participating in meetings related to safety events, monitors the variance reporting system, manages the distribution of events to applicable stakeholders, conducts event analysis, and responds to infection prevention opportunities.
