Nurse Residency Program The Orlando Health Registered Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) Our nurse residency is a 12 month, ANCC accredited program that supports any RN with under one year of experience through structured training, preceptorship, monthly classes, and simulation to transition into independent practice.
