The Clinical Dietitian will provide nutrition assessment, counseling, education, and medical nutrition therapy across a diverse patient population including long-term care residents, swing bed patients, acute care patients, dialysis patients, and outpatients. The Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for evaluating patients' nutritional needs, developing individualized nutrition care plans, providing medical nutrition therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
