Through innovation, interprofessional education, emerging technologies, and continuous quality improvement, the Senior Director develops and implements initiatives that enhance student success, strengthen workforce readiness, and position Wake Tech as a national leader in healthcare simulation, experiential learning, and workforce innovation. The Senior Director oversees all academic, operational, financial, technological, and administrative functions of the Simulation Hospital while fostering collaborative partnerships with faculty, healthcare organizations, industry leaders, and community stakeholders.
