Responsibilities include delegating tasks related to investigating and resolving patient, family, and member concerns regarding care and services; facilitating collaboration with physicians, external healthcare providers, and other members of the care team to ensure optimal and safe patient care across the continuum; proactively monitoring resource needs in various clinical areas to ensure appropriate staffing and resource utilization; managing the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications; ensuring a safe environment for patients and employees; maintaining clinical expertise and providing clinical supervision, competency assessments, and licensing oversight; delegating tasks aligned with scope of practice; and performing clinical duties as needed.
