This position partners closely with nursing leadership, clinical operations, infection prevention, physical medicine & rehabilitation, security, behavioral health, workers compensation and colleague safety staff to identify injury trends, conduct clinical safety assessments, develop interventions, and provide education to frontline staff. Complete injury follow-up with leaders and colleagues to identify contributing factors and opportunities for prevention.• Perform clinical safety rounding, observational audits, and safety assessments within the acute care setting, while also supporting medical groups and continuing care.
