In this role, you’ll support our maintenance team by dispatching and tracking daily tasks, coordinating vendor schedules, managing routine reporting, and helping ensure homes are ready, safe, and guest-ready, especially during high-volume turnover periods. Schedule and coordinate vendors for recurring and on-demand services (HVAC, plumbing, pools, pest control, landscaping, septic, construction, fire protection, and more).
