Coordinate all aspects of conferences as assigned by the Assistant Director of Catering and Convention services to include but not limited to: food and beverage requirements, effective meeting space usage, audio-visual requirements, guestroom types and rooming lists, function room set up, group transportation, check in and check out needs, billing, telephone and internet requirements, box storage and delivery, power requirements, expected food and beverage outlet usage, business center requirements, entertainment, leisure activities, décor (to include floral) requirements. Proactively achieve consistently high Medallia scores through establishing good rapport with the client, preparation work having been done accurately, being visible during the conference to ensure the client’s expectations have been met, and coordinating post convention feedback sessions.
